Thank you for shopping with Karma Cat Co. We work hard to provide you with the fastest, transparent and most affordable shipping options possible.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping time is within 4-7 business days. 
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Free shipping applies to all orders over $70! Otherwise, a flat rate of $5 applies.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on any unused products, within the original packaging, within 15 days of receiving the item. A full refund will be issued (excluding the shipping cost).

A full refund will be issued on any products that arrive defective or damaged, with proof provided, upon our discretion.
